Zynga is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work on its shared client and server technology, with a focus on the core Payments platform. The role involves designing and developing backend applications and services in AWS, optimizing and refactoring services, architecting and reviewing code, supporting production and integration, and collaborating with teammates. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of software development experience, Java RESTful services experience, AWS or other cloud platform experience, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, caching, and database systems. The position is based in Ontario and offers a starting annual salary of CAD 99,800 to CAD 147,680, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
