Description
The client is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and ship features across voice, messaging, and platform services while helping the engineering organization adopt AI-assisted development and AI agents. The role involves backend/API work, AI tool evaluation, agent-driven automation, CI/CD and QA integration, production support, and technical documentation. Candidates need at least six years of professional software engineering experience, strong AI coding-tool fluency, practical experience with AI agents, and experience with a modern backend language and RESTful APIs. The position is hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina, with office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and does not sponsor work visas.
