The role leads software development from requirements through deployment and support, evaluates automation and technology approaches, manages innovation portfolios, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and ensures solutions meet governance, security, and operational requirements. Candidates need at least six years of experience delivering technology, automation, software, digital transformation, or business process improvement solutions, along with relevant programming and stakeholder-management experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred, with an associate degree and equivalent experience accepted.
