Description
Surescripts is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, assess, and troubleshoot software applications in an Agile environment for a high-volume healthcare information network. The role provides technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, leads design and code reviews, establishes automated testing, monitors production systems, investigates defects, and mentors engineers. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AI-enabled components and implementing responsible AI and automation practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive software engineering experience, fluency in multiple programming languages, and experience with modern AI-assisted development tools. The role follows a flexible hybrid work model and offers a base pay range of $142,700 to $174,500 per year.
