Torc is hiring a Senior Autonomy Core Frameworks Software Engineer to architect and evolve the foundational software frameworks for its autonomous driving stack. The role leads real-time C++ architecture, component coordination, data flow, observability, testing, simulation, validation, and platform reliability while collaborating with Behavior and Perception teams and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, 6–8+ years of professional experience, strong C++17 and Python skills, and experience with distributed systems, robotics, middleware, and systems-level software design. The full-time role offers a US pay range of $160,800–$193,000 plus bonus and stock options.
