Ginkgo Bioworks is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for its Biosecurity engineering team to build production software supporting biological data, epidemiology, and biosecurity workflows. The role spans Python backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, React frontends, data pipelines, AI-assisted development, CI/CD, automated testing, technical design, observability, and production support. Candidates should be able to regularly commute to the Boston-area Seaport headquarters, obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, and undergo a background investigation; clearance sponsorship is available. The base salary is $134,300-$189,900, with medical, dental, vision, stock awards, and other benefits.
