RightHand Robotics is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own and improve the perception, decision-making, and learning systems behind robotic picking in production warehouses. The role focuses on building and deploying segmentation and perception models, improving pick success and reliability, developing retry and placement strategies, integrating ML outputs into real-time robotic systems, and hardening systems with robots, cameras, and sensor data. The engineer will collaborate with hardware, operations, product, and customer teams and may work across robotics, machine learning, and system architecture.
