Talkspace is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead to lead software engineering teams, guide feature development, troubleshoot technical issues, manage product releases, review code, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires expertise in at least one coding area, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, 6+ years of React and Node.js experience, and 5+ years of software development experience. It is a remote position based on Eastern Time, with a base salary of $150,000–$183,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
