Checkout.com is seeking a Benefits SME to own and enhance benefits programs for the Europe and Mauritius region. The role covers benefits administration, payroll integrations, compliance, employee inquiries, vendor and systems management, renewals, implementations, market benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need extensive benefits-program experience, vendor and systems management skills, analytical and project leadership abilities, strong communication, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Workday or an alternative benefits platform. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
