Checkout.com is hiring a Product Partnership Senior Analyst to support Merchant Operations by defining requirements for new product releases, updating tooling roadmaps, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers on supportability and usability, assessing launch risks, and advocating for merchant and operations needs. The role requires knowledge of product development and support operations, experience in supportability, product readiness, or customer advocacy, data-analysis skills including SQL, strong communication and project-management capabilities, and preferably payments industry experience. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
