L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering to support the CMSS program’s Surveillance Systems division, including sustainment of the current block 10.2 weapons system and future Meadowlands sustainment. The role manages complex projects and processes, leads technical design management and obsolescence systems design, develops and tests systems, maintains requirements and technical baselines, creates architecture models and interface documentation, supports Air Force Technical Orders and integration activities, and collaborates with Integrated Product Teams in an Agile environment. The position is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience or a master’s degree with four years of experience, plus an active Top Secret security clearance. The salary range is $92,500-$171,500, and the application window closes on 11/1/2026.
