Mixpanel is hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to own the end-to-end financial planning process for a major business domain such as GTM, R&D, or G&A. The role defines 6–12-month financial strategy, builds investment business cases, improves planning processes and data quality, leads cross-functional analyses, and partners with functional budget owners. It requires 5–8 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth SaaS, expert financial modeling, SQL, BI, ERP, and communication skills, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area in a hybrid arrangement. The total target cash compensation is $160,500–$217,500 USD, with equity and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
