Mixpanel is hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to own the end-to-end financial planning process for a major go-to-market domain. The role defines 6–12-month financial strategy, builds investment business cases, improves planning processes and data quality, leads cross-functional analyses, and partners with functional budget owners. It requires 5–8 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth SaaS, strong financial modeling and SQL skills, and a BS/BA in a relevant field. The position is hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a total target cash compensation range of $160,500–$217,500 USD and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
