Samet Corporation is hiring a Senior Superintendent for its Wilmington, North Carolina regional office. The role leads construction activities across commercial, institutional, or industrial projects, coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing schedules and quality, enforcing safety protocols, overseeing punch lists and inspections, and supporting project management and CPM schedule development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field, 7–10 years of construction experience including 3–5 years in a supervisory role, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
