NVIDIA is hiring a Performance Engineer for its GPU Communications Libraries and Networking team to characterize and analyze performance across large multi-GPU and multi-node clusters, study library interactions with hardware and software, evaluate proof-of-concepts, triage customer-reported performance issues, and build visualization and analysis tools. The role requires an M.S. or equivalent experience or a PhD in Computer Science or a related field, at least three years of parallel programming and communication runtime experience, HPC performance benchmarking experience, systems software fundamentals, C/C++ micro-benchmarking, debugging across the hardware and software stack, and familiarity with containers, cloud provisioning, and scheduling tools. The base salary range is 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD for Level 3 and 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
