Checkout.com is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Mexico City to join its global Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring talent for corporate and commercial functions across the Americas, including stakeholder engagement, hiring campaigns, talent mapping, ATS process management, inclusive hiring, and data-driven hiring improvement. The position requires extensive experience hiring across non-tech functions, strong stakeholder management and business partnership experience, and the ability to prioritize multiple relationships and goals. The role follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
