Glean is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs across compute, networking, storage, orchestration, deployment, reliability, cost efficiency, observability, capacity planning, and AI/ML infrastructure. The role partners with Infrastructure, AI/ML, Platform Engineering, Data, and Engineering teams and requires a technical degree, 8–10+ years of relevant experience, and strong cloud and distributed-systems knowledge. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco with a base salary of $198,000–$235,500 annually and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
