Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager – Product Intelligence & Human Data in Cupertino, California, reporting to the Head of Product Intelligence & Human Data. The role leads complex, client-facing programs involving engineering, field operations, recruiting, data, quality, and global delivery; translates client requirements into technical and operational plans; manages risks, governance, dashboards, and executive reporting; and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant technical program management or delivery experience, 5+ years managing distributed cross-functional teams, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Compensation is $175,000 to $190,000 upon hire, with a VP incentive bonus and medical, vision, dental, life, disability, and paid-time-off benefits.
