HP IQ is hiring a Program Manager to lead end-to-end QA and Developer Experience programs across its AI product portfolio. The role owns program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment while improving test strategies, automation, CI/CD, developer workflows, and engineering productivity. It requires 2–5 years of program management or related experience, familiarity with software development and QA practices, strong executive communication, and the ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs. The position offers a salary of $115,000–$188,000 and includes health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
