Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer to serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, leading end-to-end value realization from pre-sales discovery and demonstrations through implementation, adoption, QBRs, and renewal or expansion. The role combines process and industry expertise with Celonis Process Intelligence, AI and LLM solutioning, data analysis, project management, and executive-level value planning. Candidates need at least four years of relevant pre-sales, customer success, or consulting experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong technical and presentation skills; Python, ML, data engineering, and agentic-systems experience are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and the role offers a flexible hybrid work model.
