Arm is hiring a SoC Verification Engineer in Raleigh to support the design, integration, and verification of sophisticated compute subsystems and SoCs. The role involves creating functional verification strategies, test plans, SystemVerilog/Verilog testbenches, debugging failures, improving verification methodologies, and collaborating with design, project management, and other engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in sophisticated compute subsystem or SoC design or verification, and expertise in digital hardware, Verilog, SoC RTL, PCIe/CXL, DDRx/LPDDRx, HBM, and low-level programming. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $161,500 to $218,500 per year.
