Thatch is hiring an SEO & Performance Content Lead to own end-to-end SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, AI search, and organic acquisition. The role will build and scale the SEO function, develop content and editorial standards, partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Sales, measure organic traffic, pipeline, and revenue, and lead the SEO team. Candidates should have experience building or scaling SEO programs, leading SEO in B2B SaaS or complex businesses, using AI tools, and connecting SEO investments to business outcomes. The estimated compensation range is $160,000 to $210,000 USD.
