Description
The Server provides exceptional customer service in a restaurant, taking and verifying food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, handling special requests, promoting upsells, maintaining clean dining areas, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry trays; upscale dining experience is preferred, while wine and spirits knowledge is a plus.
