Watershed is hiring a founding Service Delivery Manager for its Customer Data Services team to own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages. The role covers customer discovery, scoping, project planning, execution, timeline and budget management, risk escalation, and handoff to post-go-live teams. Candidates should have 3–6 years of B2B software or consulting client-services experience, strong ownership and organization skills, and the ability to work from an office four days per week unless the role is explicitly remote.
