Description
The ServiceNow Client Software Distribution (CSD) Developer will lead the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of CSD and CSD 2.0 capabilities across enterprise environments. The role automates software packaging, catalog-driven provisioning, zero-touch reclamation, license-aware governance, and lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, while integrating ServiceNow with MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Tanium. Responsibilities include building Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations, deployment automation, CMDB and CSDM data maintenance, and reporting dashboards. The position requires 15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years relevant to ServiceNow CSD, and is offered as a contract role.
