Description
The Severe Needs Para Educator supports students with severe special education needs under licensed special education staff, assisting with curriculum delivery, IEP accommodations, behavior strategies, assignment completion, instructional materials, progress records, and physical care. The role may serve students in autism, behaviorally disordered, early childhood, homebound, ILC, SED, and transition programming, and may include remote or online learning support. No professional work experience is required, but a high school equivalency diploma and required training are needed; public-sector and special-education experience are preferred.
