KP Snacks is hiring an Electrical Bias Engineer, internally known as a Progressive Maintenance Shift Engineer, to support production-line maintenance at Hellaby. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, equipment reliability, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, IWS and Progressive Maintenance expertise, and coaching Equipment Owners. It follows a three-shift Monday-to-Friday rotation for 44 weeks of the year and a 24/7 continental shift pattern for eight weeks, with night shifts operating Monday to Thursday only. The position requires engineering qualifications, mechanical and electrical expertise, continuous improvement experience, and coaching skills.
