Millennium Print Group is hiring a full-time Slitter Supervisor in Raleigh, North Carolina, to lead daily slitter production operations, supervise and develop production employees, coordinate staffing and workflow, monitor performance, troubleshoot equipment issues, support maintenance and reliability, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of manufacturing, printing, converting, or production experience, and previous supervisory or team leadership experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
