Description
The Smart Home Consultant guides residential customers through in-home security and smart-home consultations, recommends and installs cameras, IoT devices, and other security products, integrates them with existing systems, troubleshoots technical issues, completes onboarding and product education, and identifies upsell opportunities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, strong customer communication, technical aptitude with smart-device ecosystems, and the ability to climb, lift 10 or more pounds, and work indoors and outdoors. The position pays $15.30 per hour, includes uncapped commissions and bonuses, provides paid onboarding training, a company vehicle, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
