The role owns performance verification methodology for Cobalt programs, develops test plans and environments, correlates performance indicators, debugs mismatches, mentors team members, and collaborates with architects, designers, validators, and tool providers. Candidates need a relevant doctorate with at least one year of technical engineering experience, or a master's degree with at least four years, or a bachelor's degree with at least five years, or equivalent experience. The role requires security screening and export-control eligibility, and offers a typical U.S. base pay range of USD 119,800 to USD 234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
