Athenix Special Missions is hiring a Special Operations Forces Training Analysis Feedback Facility Analyst (TAFF) to support the SOF plans team in Fort Irwin, California. The role provides 24-hour manning and radio coverage, monitors and analyzes communications and other operational data, collects and processes reports, photos, and videos, supports after-action reviews and training briefings, conducts doctrinal research, and coordinates information among SOF, combined-joint, and tactical operations personnel. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, military-style writing and reporting ability, familiarity with Army Ranger, Special Forces, and Joint Special Operations Forces doctrine, MS Office proficiency, shift work including extended hours, and the ability to work in extreme weather and at height. U.S. citizenship and Secret or TS eligibility are required; three years of military or equivalent experience and relevant special-operations training or experience are preferred.
