Evertz Microsystems is hiring a Software Engineer in Burlington, Ontario, to develop and maintain advanced broadcast technology, select appropriate programming languages and technologies, translate requirements into technical plans, prototype solutions in emerging domains, and contribute to architecture and technology decisions. The role requires at least two years of Linux experience, two years with an MVC framework, and three years with JavaScript and Node.js, with additional experience in C++, Java, cloud and Kubernetes, embedded hardware, broadcast technologies, and distributed systems preferred. It is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour-per-week position with a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year.
