The position leads enterprise-scale software development, AI-enabled DevSecOps automation, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code pipelines, quality engineering, observability, architecture, governance, incident response, and technical mentorship. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and eight years of software development experience, with cloud, Azure DevOps, Azure AI, healthcare, API, and automated testing experience preferred. The national plus salary range is $135,600 to $230,500.
