Description
RapidScale is seeking a Software Development Lead for its Consulting & Professional Services team to lead end-to-end cloud-native development and software modernization projects. The role provides technical oversight of delivery teams, designs and develops full-stack solutions, engages with customers, defines project scope and milestones, clears blockers, and contributes hands-on coding. The lead will also establish reusable development patterns and leverage AI-assisted coding tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of software engineering or development experience, 3+ years as a technical lead or architect in cloud-native or modernization initiatives, cloud and programming expertise, legacy-to-microservices experience, and strong client-facing and Agile skills.
