Description
As a Software Engineer Asc Manager for Assembly Test Launch Operations (ATLO) Test Labs and Services, you will lead a team of cross-disciplinary Software/Hardware Integration Engineers to provide dedicated support for lab test needs, including bench top, short-term, and long-term testing, serving multiple programs across LM Space. This role involves collaborating with ATLO leadership to drive test execution, determining team priorities, leading and developing the team, transforming business practices through digital engineering and agile methodologies, coordinating with other test design team leaders, and understanding stakeholder requirements.
