The client is hiring a Software Engineer, AI-Accelerated Development to design, build, and ship features across voice, messaging, and platform services, including APIs, routing logic, carrier integrations, and messaging pipelines. The role uses AI coding assistants for scaffolding, code review, testing, debugging, and documentation, while also experimenting with AI agents and supporting production systems with a weekly on-call rotation. Candidates need 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, hands-on AI coding-tool use, backend or distributed-systems experience, and familiarity with a modern backend language such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Java. The position is hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina, with in-office work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and does not sponsor work visas.
