CaptivateIQ is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their fast-growing, multicultural, and fully distributed engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining the core platform used by compensation administrators to build and operate sales compensation models. This role involves working across the entire product stack, participating in the product development lifecycle, maintaining high engineering and security standards, and collaborating with other engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
