KBR is hiring a mid-level Software Engineer to develop, integrate, and evaluate positioning, navigation, and timing software for defense systems, simulations, and performance-analysis environments. The role involves creating algorithms, integrating software with hardware and digital-twin environments, supporting test planning and analysis, and collaborating with systems engineers. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years of professional software-development experience, proficiency in C#/C++ or Python, Linux experience, PNT knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance. The position is onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio, with basic compensation of $100,000–$150,000.
