PocketHealth is hiring a Software Engineer to support the deployment and production implementation of Conductor, an agentic AI automation platform for healthcare providers. The role involves writing backend services, integrations, and agentic workflows; supporting go-live and technical escalations; diagnosing issues; translating client feedback into product improvements; and contributing to shared deployment tooling. The position requires at least four years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, AWS experience, and experience building integrations against third-party APIs and data systems. It is a hybrid role with two days per week in the Toronto office and offers a $110,000–$135,000 annual salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
