Description
The Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications for Wisconsin residents, businesses, and state agency staff, including ASP.NET Framework and modern .NET applications, WCF services, databases, APIs, and user interfaces. The role owns features end to end, supports testing and code coverage, follows security and accessibility standards, contributes to shared libraries, mentors junior engineers, and participates in on-call rotation. It is a hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin, requiring three onsite days per week.
