Vocca is hiring a Software Engineer to own its technical stack end-to-end, including backend systems, APIs, frontend dashboards, architecture, observability, and deployment. The role focuses on building reliable, secure healthcare-grade systems, scaling the platform across medical practices, and establishing engineering practices and culture. The engineer will collaborate with founders, design, growth, and other teams, with responsibilities ranging from shipping features to leading modular architecture and AI-powered voice-agent rollouts.
