Watershed is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Sustainability AI Reporting team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and iterating on AI-powered tools for managing and reporting on sustainability progress, leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies. This role involves shipping code to production, prototyping new product areas, and producing core technologies for AI features. Candidates should have over three years of software engineering experience, preferably in Node.js web development, strong full-stack skills, and a passion for building customer-facing products in a fast-paced startup environment.
