Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer – C++ / Distributed Systems for a 6+ month onsite contract in San Jose, California, with long-term potential. The role focuses on developing distributed backend platforms for resource allocation automation, building self-service onboarding tooling, improving production monitoring, alerting, and deployment processes, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency. Candidates need at least five years of C++ and distributed systems experience, along with production monitoring and debugging expertise; experience with production engineering, release automation, and qualification/testing pipelines is preferred.
