Description
MSUFCU is hiring Associate Software Engineers and Software Engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain digital banking, core banking, website, mobile, and other internal software solutions. The role collaborates with product teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams; writes secure, documented, and testable code; supports troubleshooting, on-call operations, and technical documentation; and may mentor other engineers. The position can be onsite, hybrid, or remote for candidates residing in Michigan or Illinois, with occasional quarterly travel to the East Lansing headquarters. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000+ annually depending on experience, with company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability premiums and other benefits.
