Convex is hiring a full-time Product Engineer to design, build, and maintain its platform surfaces, including dashboards, integrations, and services. The role combines software engineering with product sensibilities, customer and leadership collaboration, and work on backend components, dashboards, CLI, MCP, and role-based access control. Candidates should have at least three years of professional software engineering experience, strong UX sensibilities, an interest in scaling in a high-growth startup, and willingness to work in person in San Francisco. The position offers more than $180,000 plus equity and benefits.
