Kustomer is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Engineering team and work in a 3–5 person pod. The role owns full-stack features from problem definition through production, develops APIs and integrations, builds responsive and accessible front-end interfaces, contributes AI-powered product capabilities, optimizes application performance, writes tests, conducts code reviews, mentors junior engineers, and shares production support. The position requires at least 7 years of progressive software development experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong full-stack and cloud systems knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools.
