Town is hiring a Growth Engineer to build and optimize the product systems that drive user acquisition, conversion, monetization, team expansion, and enterprise readiness. The role focuses on virality, invite flows, free-to-paid conversion, credit economics, upgrade paths, admin controls, and enterprise SSO integration, using experimentation, dashboards, and AI-native coding. It is a five-days-per-week in-person role in San Francisco's Financial District.
