Silicon Labs is hiring an Embedded Firmware Engineer for its RAIL team to develop and maintain embedded software for wireless radio platforms. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and debugging C/C++ firmware for resource-constrained microcontrollers, supporting radio-control and diagnostic features, investigating hardware-software integration issues, and collaborating with hardware, radio, SDK, validation, and applications teams. The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant technical field, embedded software experience, wireless and microcontroller knowledge, and strong debugging and analytical skills. It is a hybrid role with an annualized base-pay range of $78,750 to $146,250 USD and medical, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
