Description
Glean is hiring a Tech Lead for its Admin Console team to lead engineering direction, architecture, and execution for the enterprise admin experience that supports deployment, governance, permissions, search settings, AI configuration, and rollout controls. The role partners with Product, Design, backend, connector, infrastructure, and security teams; improves self-serve activation and deployment visibility; and mentors engineers across frontend and backend teams. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, strong coding skills, and experience with enterprise SaaS or configurable product experiences. The position is hybrid, with four days per week in Mountain View or San Francisco, and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 annually plus medical, vision, dental, equity, and other benefits.
