Bamboo Sushi is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for its University Village location in Seattle, Washington. The role supports back-of-house operations by supervising and coordinating kitchen activities, maintaining food quality, inventory, ordering, scheduling, sanitation, and staff training, while acting as manager on duty when needed.
